Try this:
The item marked THROTTLE CONTROLLER DIAPHRAGM. There is one vacuum line on it. Thats the one I connected where as in the pictures that CRXFanatic shows its not connected.

oi. imagestation used to allow linking to pictures but I guess not anymore.
