Update: I parked the car late in November last year (pending D16a1 swap) and just pulled it into the garage this month. So the car sat outside in temperatures ranging -40C to +40C and I'm happy to report no drooping in the fabric! I'm quite impressed that the adhesive that came with the foam and the contact cement are holding up so well! I would definitely recommend this process to anyone!

So I can reply...I'm also looking for the whole intake tubing, as in the air box and piping that lead up to the manifold.

This is a bi-xenon projector, meaning the low and hi beams are built into the same unit. For the high beam, the shutter moves out of the way via a solenoid. For the low beam the shutter stays in position and that's what causes the cut off. I took a video of the shutter in action before I installed the projectors, I'll see if I can upload it.
