I can't seem to find a thread on it. I'm sure it's here somewhere. Is it as simple as removing everything externally from both shafts? I haven't opened mine but I've seen a few pics of some on here. I'm wondering if the tranny needs any of the gears, washers, or nuts as spacers/retainers for other internal stuff.

Thanks for the help!

Rotating mass. i'm also getting a lighter flywheel (or having mine lightened) and maybe having the A/C and power steering pullys cut from the crank pully. It's a trailered, dirt track only, race car. The CG's 2nd gear is too low and third may be too high. Honestly, I should have asked if I can delete 4th also but there's a 5/8 I may run at. The CG'S third may be perfect for 5/8, I just don't know yet. 5th will never be used again.

I knew I had seen that before, thanks. I may have to start a new thread but he eludes to changing his final drive to a 3.87.  I have read none will bolt into a CG other than original.  I read a B series LSD will work but I assume with the original gears.  If lots of custom machine work is necessary to change the F/D, different gears are out of the question also.  A Civic Standard L3 has a good looking 2nd gear.
