I work as a mechanic and did almost all of the work myself biggrin.gif

used d16a engine/transx2 $203 syn trans fluid $26x2
exedy clutch/resurface flywheel $200
hubs and axles $115 trans linkage & es bushings$27
used brake rotors,pads,calipers and shoes $110
14"hx wheels and tires $135, two of the tires are almost new falkens($15)junkyard
15"steeliesx2 and low pro tires $80
2 1/4 down pipe/test pipe $68 2 1/2 cat back using old magnaflow $190
rear wagon springs/teg rear sway bar $28 rear KYB's $75
new radiator and hoses $178
the best buy i got at the junkyard is almost new magna flow muffler $15 laugh.gif

200 bucks for the car.
30 bucks for the wheels/worn tires to push it onto the trailer.
300 dollars in pre-running misc Autozone parts
40 bucks for the u-haul trailer
75 bucks for the EW5 (75 bucks! Chris, U-da-mahn. biggrin.gif)
675 dollars to the mechanic
200 dollars misc autozone parts for the mechanic.
200 dollars misc junkyard stuff.
280 dollars to DMV for backfees.

The way it is now, I'm at exactly 2,000 dollars, odly enough.

And it's still not really running yet. Need a rad, and I's probably going to need that special smog service. You all know the one.
