The winning bidder retracted his bid because the seller changed the description.Thats ok with me but the bidder below him (2***2) should only have to pay the amount to out bid the person (a***f) below him IMO.

look at the bid times....the retracted bid was placed after the current high bid.
the reason the the bid jumps with the same bidder is that he had to bid again to meet the reserve...3900

I don't know If I would list the car as MINT with cancer over the wells. Does cancer develop that fast 47K miles in rust country? damn that sucks.
