I will sell you this one for 25 shipped. It is for a weber 32/36, but the web mounting studs were never drilled.
You can see how the bottom is notched for the cvcc port.

Never seen a 88 accord Carb.
The hole are drilled for a 84-87 Civic/CRX CVCC manifold. It would be up to you to adapt the Carb.

I had a project similar to this http://www.redpepper...topic=52757&hl=
It was very promising but I ran out of time and wasn't able to complete the project- yet. I really think that it could be as good or better than the Redline kit. I currently run a Redline Webber kit and I'm not the most thrilled with it though it has done the job. I'm done with the hassle of stock carbs and the price for a rebuilt unit or time spent to rebuild doesn't make me happy. For ~$100-150, you can have a really neat Holly rebuild installed and running.

You would have to come up with the gaskets. You could buy gasket material at the auto store, or cut up a cereal box.
Also there is no hardware, just the plate. You will need counter sunk screws.
