Complete Torsion Bushing Kits Including:

  • New Inner and Outer Sleeves machined from high quality DOM Tubing
  • Precision Fit
  • 80A Polyurethane
  • Bonded outer sleeve
  • Rotating inner sleeve
  • Smooth Rotation preventing loading
  • Aftermarket support where there is no replacement, even OEM is non-existent

These are a great alternative to the budget conscience enthusiast who is looking to upgrade to a better Torsion Bushing without the cost of sphericals.

That is the easiest way. I found that simply removing the torsion bar, then adding a 3' pipe to the arm and just tearing the two pieces apart work just as good. Once they are in two pieces you can remove the inner and outer sleeves, then it will be ready for the new setup. I can show some photos from the spherical build. Its not too hard.

damnit, i wish i didnt already spend a ton of time putting the energy suspension bushing kit and larger torsion bars in.. i guess ill have to take everything back off again to replace these lol
