Allright guys, here is the plan:

Sunday, October 17th, is the day of the meet. Doodson is going to be out at mission racing his Civic, and we are going to go watch and show our 1G/3G support!

This is his schedule:

9:20-9:35
10:30-10:45
11:15-11:30
2:15-2:45 GT4 race
3:30-5:30 2 Hour enduro

So I figure we meet at a central location near the freeway at about 9:00am.... BCIT 'N' Lot. (thats the southwest lot, I believe, on the corner of deer lake parkway (I think) and willingdon. Make sure you purchase a parking ticket, we don't want to get tickets from the Impark Nazi's again dry.gif

So we meet at 9:00am, and leave for mission at 10:00am. We will cruise out there, those of us who can meet there, and the rest will meet us at mission. We should be in mission at about 11:00am. Then we will have a day to enjoy the racing and have a good productive meet, check out the cars, check out our cars, and maybe if we are lucky, get a photo session in on the track.

Afterwards we can head over the highway to Boston Pizza for dinner and drinks, and more meet fun!

I will be bringing RPR stickers, and if you want any reserved for you, please let me know and I will add them to my 'meet batch' list.

So lets get a finalized count list for attendance, and do this thing!

Check out this link Click on the directions link. That will give you an address and directions from vancouver/sumas... you best bet is to go to sumas, its not far from there.

Should talk to Doodson about those 2 for 1 tickets. (Maybe he'll have a bbq there for all of us to cook some burgers up for lunch) Could use 2 more rpr decals also.

3gencivic: Should be about 1-2 bucks for the parking ticket, that is if you are going to come out to BCIT to meet there. Admission is $10 I think, so lets all bring that, and if we are lucky enough to get 2 for 1, right on!

Also, what colour stickers do you want, white or grey?

Eldo: Same question, and what size?

Cheers,
Mark

Sure, anyone is welcome, it doesn't matter if you bring a 1G or 3G, so long as you are a member and you want to meet with other enthusiasts!

Because you don't have to pay shipping, all sticker sizes and colours are the same, at $10 a pair. What do you want me to mark you down for, T-Bone?

Cheers,
Mark
