I traded my old raged out and non running AE86 SR5 (I had invested 1,000 fixing stupid stuff and got tired of fixing it so I put it for sell for 500 and it has no title).

Well I didnt exactly get 500 for it.. I ended up trading for a ZC DOHC (it wont fit my 85 unfortunatly...) 3 Transmissions, 4 alternators, 2 fans, 2 sohc heads, domed pistons and flat top for the ZC, gasket kit for the zc, 6puck clutch 9lb flywheel, new bearings,new rings, brand new crank, zc head with a 3 angle valve job and all new seals, decked, zc block is honed and straight as well. Guy I traded the car to also offered a 1989 CRX DX for free..... which I immediatly jumped on, he even trailered it to my house for free.. and heres some pictures.




Yes it does need a windsheild, and except for a dent on drivers door and drivers rear panel the car is pretty straight.



Altezza's are staying, but they are getting tinted black. (if they still look like shi... ill ditch them for some spares in the garage)



A transmission was riding shotgun for a while as you can see.



misc interior peices were painted blueish color... they have all been removed since these pics were taken.








anyone need a d series alternator for cheap?

Looks good. Be sure to remove the cardboard before driving it .

Would you be interested in selling a set of domed pistons to me for cheap? Are they higher than PM6's (D16A6)?

doesn't look too bad to me. But none the less I am not building a show car... I will clean off most of the body and spray some flat black on it and call it a day. No fancy rota's or mugen wheels here... All 14'' steelies. Hopefully I will have a d series with dual point up and running in it soon. Then time to strengthen the zc and buy stronger pistons and rods for turbo application



cardboard covering hole where xgf of the owner of the car threw a brick into the windsheild. I'll check on the pistons tomorrow if I can and gets some pictures. If they are so what you need lmk whats a reasonable price to sell them +shipping and they are yours.

so does this mean i can snag some parts off ur parts crx... so you can uhh... have more space for your new stuf? also theres a chance my brother might be interested in one of those tranny's if you are willing to sell one.
