Went to do some work on the CRX this morning and noticed a nice puddle of antifreeze under the car. Took awhile to track down the source, but finally found it: the o-ring on the water pump inlet pipe is leaking. Of course it didn't leak while I had the transmission out when it would've been a little easier to change.
Anyone have any advice on a procedure for changing out the o-rings on this thing? It doesn't look like fun from either the top or the bottom of the car. The only bright side is it looks like those o-rings fit almost every Honda made so the local dealer might even have a pair in stock.

Well...........
It'd be nice if o-rings were the only problem. Further inspection shows the bottom of the pipe is rotted out at the thermostat end of things. Probably at the water pump end, too.
Crap.

Thanks for the gracious offer. I think I found one, but I'll let ya know. Not as much of a pain to remove as I thought, but still no fun. It's really cramped quarters in there. Found a couple of other things that needed attention while I was there, so overall a good thing. Kind of a show-stopper with the rotted pipe, tho. Couldn't have asked for a better time to leak: sitting in the garage!
Pictures to follow when I find my camera cable.
Finally got the picture loaded. The other end was shot, too, but this side was the worst.
