Everything on the car is being replaced with either new or re-conditioned parts. I am aiming to have a brand new B20B powered civic at the end of the build and it should be like its just driven out of the factory.
Pictures of the rebuild can be found HERE or HERE
As you can see from the pics a new loom has been made for the car due to me not replacing the dash or heating system (to save weight).
The interior is being left stripped out with just the addition of a pair of bride fixed buckets (still to be bought) and a pair of Takata harnesses (also still to be bought).
The engine bay will be de-loomed and an eg civic spec aluminium rad, coloured hoses, green rocker cover etc etc
The engine spec will be:
B20B
1600 vtec head (lightly skimmed ported and polished)
Golden eagle oil feed kit
JE 12.5:1 comp pistons
Eagle rods with matching bearings
Block brace
Crank gurdle (probably a golden eagle one)
Custom intake manifold with prelude 2.2 injectors
Skunk 2 oversized throttle body
Custom exhaust manifold (4-1) and custom 2 1/2" exhaust
Im aiming for 230ish bhp which should see the car in the 12's with a weight close to 600 kilo's
The car will be running tokiko blue front dampers and koni rears with brand new bushes all round.
Ive just bought a nice new set of volk racing TE-37's for it I intend on running road legal slicks in the form of Toyo proxes R888's running 215's on the front and 205's on the rear
PICS OF THE WHEELS ARE HERE
Ill be updating this post as i progress with the build so keep checking guys

The entire tool selection at Sears or the contents of a Snap-On truck will do you no good if you do not know how to use them.

Did you use clearcoat?
Is that Championship white?
Again, that's one sweet Civic, I wish my car was white.

So barring a geo and tuning session the car is pretty much done (well this phase anyway)
I'm extremely pleased with how the car has turned out and can't wait to get it on track to see what its capable of
Here's some pics, everybody loves pics:
