Hello Everybody,
Hope Everyone had Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year smile.gif
I am with heavy heart writing this post.
SilverRex-Bullet is at Duke University Hospital in ICU and has been here since Thursday night.
He had to be flown here due to how weak he was.
The Doctors have came by several times today , some optimistic and others just cold hard facts.
He has 3 infections atm, 1 is in his lung they arent sure exactly what it is , 1 new infection in his blood not yet identifeid, and 1 in his stomach that is identified.
He is on a ventelator (life support) and that does his breathing , he cant get rid of carbon dioxide (CO2). they want a level of 40% and his was 80% yesterday and 91% today.
Late this evening a doctor came in and told us that it wasnt looking good and to be prepared that he might not make it .

i dont get on the puter lately but will keep you posted on his condition.
HE really thinks alot of you GUYS AND GALS just hasnt felt like being on the puter
and his crx was a passion with him although his swap never materialized.

Sorry to hear the news, hope he pulls through and gets better. Let him and his family know we are thinking about him and send our best. Keep us posted.

wow, this sucks. seems like this kid just cant get a break. i hope he pulls through this.

I see Silverrex-bullet everyday from 9 am till 12 pm then 1pm to 7pm and from 8pm to 9pm.
I am Silverrex-bullet's Dad .
He has had a bad spell since september for being in the hospital.
His condition is about the same ..his color was better .. co2 was high today up to 93 again(Thats not good). still on life support.. we got doctors coming out of the wood work here , which is a good thing

I will update tommorrow evening about the same time
and Please keep him in your prayers

Hello All,
this is a update on His condition
He is still on life support, nothing much else has changed except they ran a camera down into his lungs and cleared out alot of stuff
but we have 3 new infections now and they are identified, he has a temp of 103 and white blood cell count has doubled
other than that nothing has changed
i have a address if you want it just pm me and i will get it to you

Yes , the reason he decided not to follow thru with the swap was his health and staying in and out of the hospital so much
His condition is basically the same just a few things are diff but nothing earth shattering or to get
excited about.
Hopefully i can get some better news soon smile.gif

Hello All
just a note to let you all know we are having improvements
he broke his temp, his carbon dioxide content which has been as high as 114% is now 77%.. 40% is normal
we are still on life support and unconsious (been that way for a week now) but the numbers are going in his favor

will give a update later
