I got a almost new header panel its oem Honda and its painted blue and some oem córners they look almost new never put on car cuz didnt fit on my si hatch $20 for the header panel and $20 for the córners plus shipping.i cant post pics on here at tris moment but I can send them through email or text my number is 239-216-7278 ask for the header or córner pics thanx

thannx guyys my engine is a d15a3/EW4 SO I WOULD NEED A MACHINE SHOP TO DO THE DISEMBLING OF THE ROD WITH PISTON?OR WATS THE BEST WAYY JUST TO SAVEE MY GASS AND A COUPLE OTHER BUCKS...

my ew4 si engine has the intake groves facing forward is that the stock way or do i have to change them the right wayy and how would i do thiss??and how do i take off the the rod off piston with out damiging it

All 1.5L rods are the same, EW1 and up.

The 1.3L (EV1,2) rods are different, to make up the difference in displacement. They are also thinner and weaker, as mentioned.

thanks guys... now i can finish my 1986 civic si my brother ran it while it was overheating.lol the rod bent so its going throught a restoration painted green engine bay and going back to white out side...

There is no difference between the DX and the Si rods. The Si rod is no stronger or weaker than the DX unit.

They both however, are substantially stronger than the HF (which I think is the EW1?) rods, which are NOT interchangeable with the DX/Si rods.

so iam able to interchange only the dx/si connecting rods.so the ew2-ew4 are interchangable if im correct? thanks guys

i have a ew4 engine with si trany axels and knuckls came 0f a 1986 civic si ,good for dual point to multi point convertion.has bad valves on head nd 1 piston rod is bent..needs rebuild clean motor ran really strong..i have new gaskets for it and water pump..has 160,000 miles on it..want $170+shipping obo..hit me up to (863)517-1575 for more info.my name is juan.im located in Felda,Florida 33930 the bad it does not come with the engine harness sorry but i need it for my zc swap into my 86 civic si. or i can seperate the engine into parts.trany 75+shipping ,intake manifold 35+shipping, engine block with alernater 50+shipping, head 45+plus shipping, distributor 25+shipping,or just make an offer i mite take it...got other parts to just ask me i mite have them just message me or call my phone .
