Hi, all

New here and love the site.
Unfortunately I dont have a 1st. gen crx or a 3rd gen Civic, but
I do have a 2nd gen civic hatch S model.

My question is, I went to the junkyard yesterday
and pickedup a hood from an 80 civic with the vents.
will this fit my 1983 model civic or am i stuck returning this
to the yard?

I posted this on civic1200 board but I think that

There are a couple of people here that can help you with your question you will have to be patient. I owned a silver one that had the vents in the hood, My best guess would be to measure braket to braket and length 3 ways and make sure the latch lines up as well.

While Im waiting, how about suspension mods?
Can I swap in the 3rd gen. suspension to this one?

no you cant swap a 3g suspension but you can fabricate your own coil overs 2gs are cool too you may want ot look into som springs i am sure therare some around prehaps just orxer race springs to a specific length
