Hey everyone.

I´ve been looking for a new(well good condition) fast idle valve for my 1987 Crx Si. I´m having trouble finding one. I´ve gone to junkyards and with no luck have found an Si in civic or crx form only dx and hf. Obviously the part has been discontinued. I´am currently in Mexico and also no luck down here, the situation is even worse down here. Anyways I return back to California in 7 days.

Anyone have suggestions on where I can find one, like what junkyard around Orange County, what place I can go to, who sells one, where in Mexico I can maybe find one¿ (although Honda´s aren´t too common here.) Anyways thanks!

Is it in the control box? I have one from a 3G SI (same parts) with 118,XXX. Won't sell just the part, you have to buy the whole box.

Is your idle jumpy or high?
I just put piece of plastic in mine for now until I can get around to finding a replacement or fixing it. Idle is solid.

Does anyone know where I can find a fast idle valve for my 86' 3G Si? I've been searching online and can't find one. I haven't gone around checking junkyards etc simply because I don't have time. I spoke to Danny from NWClassic Honda but he never got back to me.
