So I found some orings at pepboys (asked the parts guy for individuals) they are the same diameter but thickness is not the same. Here is a blowout of what's included in the mechanism.

Orings I found and cut in half to make it work, I will be using rtv fuel proof sealant to aid in sealing.

Note... They aren't seated flush because I didn't sit them perfectly but they do mate if you take your time and position them.

Now to assemble it all up and check for leaks.

I cut the orings in half with a razor to compensate for the thickness, it sits perfect and better than the old worn out seals.

Good luck with o-rings and rtv. Dont try that on the large plastic screw. Dont forget the tiny one on the idle adjusting screw as it is usually quite hard/brittle and leaks. JS

Normally you dont have to do anything with the thermo element rings as they arent the issue. The fun part is adjusting it properly. Sometimes the pintle doesnt seat properly either on the plastic ring because of wear. Just some insight on this parts design. JS
