ok when i say broken tranny mount, i really mean that i ripped the bolts (to the rear mount) out of the the transmission case. so theres no way to drill and tap it 4 bigger bolts, cuase only half the threads are there. the rest of em are sitten in the middle of the road. i wasn't even pushen the car that hard. the part that really sucks, is that , i just put a new rebult tranny in. so now i gotta get a new one or find a teg for real cheap. i'm realy haven bad luck with this car these days and im ready to shredd it. if only it didnt look so good. my problem is that theirs only two mounts holden everything in and this car is my only source of transport. ive completely drained my saveings, to get this car this far from being the resadent of a front yard. i drove the car a little bit today. it didnt seem to bad, aslong as ur not to jerky with the clutch. so any body got any suggestion or has anybody else managed to rip the bolts out of the case sideways.

Bummer. I saw a teg tranny go on ebay for like $10 the other day, keep your eye out.
Just replace the part of the bell housing that is fubared and keep all the internals. Easy cheezy.
EDIT: there are a few guys parting out G1 integras on www.g1teg.org check it out.

You should be able to use a helicoils and bigger bolts for a cheap, 'easy', and effective fix.

Actually that won't work because the holes in the mount are sleeved, if I recall correctly. Just use a same sized heli-coil.

their is no way to use a heli coil cause i ripped chuncks out of the tranny case so the holes are now only half there except for the bottom most hole witch still has the bolt and the mount attached

This guy is only 2 hrs away from you. He would probably make you a great deal on a whole transmission. If you had $400 he'd probably just let you take the whole car...
