87 Si Turns But Does Not Start. Help Please I Miss Her :(

Hello, So I've had this CRX for apx 5 yrs since I was 18. Anyways fast forward. I rebuilt the engine machined whole 9 yards. Messed up torque specks (too loose) and mixed oil and gas. Took it all apart cleaned the crap out of it hot washed heads got set to specs and got it running again. Was running well for about a week or two, then it shut down. Checked it out had a buddy compression test everything was even (120  I believe give or take) tried turning car over couldn't get it to start. After the second shut down I checked and saw that the timing had jumped apx 3 teeth and I think the valve kissed the piston; however I did remove the head had it hot washed surfaced and had them test the valves. They said everything was good. The engine turns wont start but will "hiccup" it just keeps turning. When it "hiccups" it acts like it wants to start but doesn't. Fuel pumps good checked that, getting fuel to the rail. Last I checked it had spark to plugs (I let it sit for several months out of frustration and fundage) any who it did have spark and just got a new battery power is good to everything else. Just recently noticed that the PGMFI was checked the ECU 0xx0 lights 2 and 4 are lit on the ecu. Anyways I am stumped any thoughts would be great. Im thinking fuel injectors but not entirely sure. Thanks for the help...

My Crazy Crx

Hey ya'll been a while since I peppered last. Shout out to all my peppers that gave good advice. Anywho writing to say that u just haven't got this rebuild right yet. I had it it was running oh so nice but due to my error of not tightening the timing belt enough I. Got the sweet dissatisfaction of having your car jump timing. Sad day in my poor crx's life. But since then I removed the head (which I now have down to a science) took it to the machine shop had them tell me that the valves were fine and to reassemble. It kinda struck me as odd because the valve definitely kissed the piston. Not like a full blown french kiss but more like a little peck. So now Im at the part were the thing that I thought was causing the problem my not be the problem. The initial problem was that and this is an assumption when the timing jump it locked the engine up. It would start up putter around for a little and die within a minute or so. Aside from the new head gasket and clean head I changed the fuel pump ignition coil I could use new spark plugs I got some weird e3 brand because they were out of ngk but imma snag me some of those soon. Anyways any ideas feel free to post whatever all advice would be appreciated. I just want my cr'sexy to live again
