So I think it's the latch..it closes but it doesn't click shut..it's not those rubber things on the side...

Ok ill try and locate them and do as you suggested.im at work right meow so ill have to check later.are these rubber bumpers close to that hook?

Yeah I was thinking about it but I got loads of work to do on my car still.i haven't even smogged it or done an oil Change yet lol.i just got it so its in rough shape
