Hi guys,

I am Greg from Montreal, Canada, I own a pristine 84 CRX, with a 1500i sohc engine (fuel injected) an engine never sold on the North American market. (or maybe not in a CRX)
This is a second owner belgian car, with only 104.000 km, that's about 60k miles !
I am from Belgium but live since 4 years in Canada,... the car is still in Belgium, under a cover, waiting to take the road again! I am planning to get my car shipped to Canada this summer. Here are some photos taken 4 years ago before putting it in storage. THe cat is all stock, no rust at all. I will probably only change the steering wheel and mags...I'd like to keep as stock as possilble.

I'm with him. DON'T CHANGE A THING!!! It's perfect. Change all the fluids, maybe p.o.r. the underside to be safe, and wax it once in awhile.

AND ENJOY IT!!

Damn, that is pretty.

Cannot drive with the window up

Nice car, looks very clean. You'll want to undercoat it if you bring it to the Canadian climate. The summers may be alright, but the salt they spread on the roads in the winter is not friendly to the thin metal of these cars.

But quick question, what differs between the EDM 1500i and the USDM SI engine?

you shouldnt have a that hard of a time getting parts for your crx. Not really all that much is different from your car except the motor may be different. It may have the ew5 motor in it which is basically the same as a ew1 or a ew3/4 with CVCC.

We in america did not see the ew5 but the motor is basically a parts bin motor, Meaning all the motor we recieved in the americas you could sort of peice one together. Minus the intake manifold and electronics.

Awesome car by the way. I dont think I have ever seen a crx that shinny before.. Man I want a shinny car!! lol

Welcome.

Thanks again for the nice words !
I think I have the EW3 engine with the PGM-Fi injection. It makes 100hp

It will be my summer car don't worry.
