Here is my set up on full race car:

27mm Torsion (never a need to go higher even with slicks)
450 lb springs on Coilovers
Suspension Techniques Bushings
Adjustable Panhard - My creation with Sperical Bearings
Stock Sway bar from Integra (I think, cant remember) or could be a CRX stock
Front Sway bar long gone. First thing to get taken off the car!!!!!!!
Koni Adjustable Sports (Yellows), shortened, revalved - A must for these cars! Not cheap though.....
Camber plates - My creation with Spherical bearings

D16A1 Turbo, Running 8 psi gets to 238 WHP on Mustang Calibrated Dyno - Sponsor Appalachian in Black Mtn, NC
Electromotive Engine Management, TecGT

I run this car @ VIR 130 mph+ and I run out of gear half way down straights. Here it is at CMP where I took 1st place, this is the picture from the trophy! And yes, that is slicks on rain!!!
This was a couple of years ago. I have since updated the whole front end of the car with different splitter set up and cooling.

I absolutely love the look of this car! THe great stance, the racing setup.I have an 87 I am preparing for autocross and am inspired by this car. My front air dam was missing and I made one that looks very much like the one in this picture.

I would love to have adjustable Koni shocks but they no longer make them for this car. I suspect the wheels shown are 13"? Keep up the great work. My car is silver but I may have to go with white after seeing this car.

My setup may not be as costly as yours are but I think it rides well, but can also bottom out when I am not careful on the horrid streets I have between my house and campus!

27.5mm upgrade motoring torsions
tokico hp struts (all 4 corners)
15mm lightspeed sway bar rear end
rear jackson racing springs (unknown spring rate, stiff enough though)
ebay strut tower brace front end
lowered to 2 finger gap between tire and fenders all around.

So this setup does not have an adjustable pan hard bar. Looks good to me how this one sits. Its at a perfect stance. Thats how I want mine.

Thanks! Also, I forgot to add that I have a firstgencrx adjustable panhard bar. I'll go and edit my post.

Guys i'm new to the 1g CRX world and I need some help on lowering the car...
I've read lots of stuff but haven't made up my mind yet, maybe some of you can help me out.
i can't spend too much right now due to having other vehicles : (

for the REAR :
I was thinking on getting KYB-GR2 for the back and maybe RSX or Integra springs cut. (for now)
If is not quite good enough.
where can i buy some coil-over ???

for the FRONT :
maybe KYB-GR2 shocks
can't quite understand the torsion bars set up that most of you guys run. i see some of you run "27.5 UM Integra torsion bars"
Where will it be possible to get a set of them???

i will also add a rear sway bar.

Like i said i just bought the car, check out my Introduction thread if you guys want.
i just want to lower it right now, is my DD but i don't drive too much

thanks for your help

kakaburra

front -
31 mm torsion bar indexed one spline.
Bolt right up when on road, lowered to 140mm at outside edge of subframe for track
koni sport reds
20mm anti roll bar
adjustable camber/castor plates, at max
195/60R14 toyo R881 very worn; 215/50R15 yokohamaA032 on enkie rpf1's. Looking for replacements

no extra stiffening yet. half cage planned, with forward bracing

Rear
350lb rear springs and coilover
19mm tube steel custom antiroll bar; adjustable
no internal bar
tokico illumina shocks, to be replaced with koni sport yellows

under acceleration

under braking

The rear bar contributes about half the rear spring effort, and I'm thinking after a couple of rear exits in corners that I need more spring and less bar.
