Here are the color/wheel options I have been toying with for over a year now. Just when I think I've made a decision...BAM!, I change my mind.
Red/Silver with Si wheels:
All red with Si wheels:
Red/Silver with HX wheels:
All red with HX wheels:
All red with Prelude wheels:
All red with LS mesh:
Side notes:
They are all Honda/Acura wheels - something I wanna stick with.
An all red paintjob means I can use aftermarket black moldings instead of the stock, faded, scratched red moldings. Also may be cheaper to paint 1 color RED rather than RED/SILVER
What do you guys think?

Si's FTW... I couldnt imagine why you'd go any other route. Id trade my HX's for a set.
Next wheel id say the HX's since they are so damn light, and they look really good. I think they look better on the 4g civics though...

I'd say red/silver, but the wheels I'm not sure, the prelude and LS wheels seem to slightly edge out the others though, but only if you are going to have the center caps on them.

I already have a set of Si's which I plan on refurbishing, but I've had my eye on those HX's for some time. I think the HX's would go with either paint scheme, but the Si's only look good with the red/silver scheme.

I vote red over grey, as well.
Use the '85 Si alloys, but maybe remove the powder coat and polish them.
Keith, who remembers seeing a red/grey '85 Si autocrossing with polished '85 Si wheels...

I like the Red/Silver Combo with the HX Wheels.
I always liked the two-tone paint jobs.
When I repaint my Civic, I may go back to the original White/Silver 1984 Civic S paint job.

Well thank God for that, 'cause if I wasn't, this would probably have never worked.

I like red/silver 85 Si wheels (your first picture).
